Hello Dacha0323,
Does your laptop still have a warranty? If it does, my suggestion is to bring it to a PC company to make the tests. Otherwise, if you open it, you will void its warranty.
If your laptop is out of warranty, you can open it after you have been unplugged the power cord and try to localize the CMOS battery. When you do, pull it out of the motherboard and wait about 5-10 minutes for the electricity to discharge and then plug the CMOS battery back in.
