Acer Aspire Laptop - wireless connected, but cannot access net

Hello,
I can connect to the existing wifi network. But after the wifi been connected, it shows only the sent data, no receive data. Hence, unable to access the internet. I have disbaled the firewalls and checked all the antivirus options. But still can not access to the net. Please advise.

1) Right-click on the wireless network icon next to time/date
2) Select 'Open Network and Sharing Center'
3) Click 'Change Adapter Settings' on the left
4) Right-click 'Wireless Network Connection' and go to properties
5) Uncheck all the boxes except for 'Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
6) Click ok
