Hello, I am trying to take a 60 gig hd out of an hp computer and put it into a dell that has a better processer memory etc. when i turn it on the dell screen comes up and then i just get a flashing cursor i have checked the bios and the hd is listed. any thoughts??? Thanks Victoria

oo its easy..you need to fixed the hdd suit with ur motherboard.try to repair or install new windows in this hard disk.
