New Acer predator g9 not booting

Hello,

I just bought a new laptop and its not loading up. It starts, I can hear the fans bur nothing on the screen... anyone help please

computers are often DOA (Dead On Arrival). It's best to return it to the retailer.

No one have an experience with the deathscreen on predator? Fans are starting backlights on buttons but nothing... going to my retailer tomorrow
