Hello,

I recently changed my network card in my toshiba satellite c655d and changed my RAM from 4GB to 8GB. after assembling my laptop, i have had some booting problems. when i put on my laptop, the toshiba pop screen comes live but after the screen, instead of the boot screen, i have a bar at the top left of the screen and nothing happens again. i need help critically because i use my laptop for business purposes.

Regards.

Hi

Can you boot if you put the old ram back in?

I am afraid that you may need to reset to factory settings
