Hi Sophc,
You have done good job trying to solve the issue. Please contact the manufacturer’s support and ask for some button combination that may serve you. Some models have a system restore menu that may restore PC to factory settings, but also affects stored data. Check if pressing CTRL + F11 works.
If you have important data stored in the hard drive, please remove the hard drive and connect it in a desktop PC. Backup all important information. Have in mind that opening the PC will void warranty, so you should firstly contact the seller, if the laptop is still under warranty.
