Hi Venod,
Could you tell us how do you reset your settings? Are using the CMOS battery or you actually have access to the BIOS menu? If resetting the BIOS solves it for you but changes are never saved, I would recommend you to replace the CMOS battery and search for a BIOS version update from the motherboard manufacturer’s web page.
Please tell me if there is any progress!
