Is the PC running normally after those booting screen issues or the booting process stops at the black screen? If you are not able to access Windows, you should try to open the BIOS menu and restore BIOS to its default settings.
You need to confirm if the screen is working fine. Try connecting an external monitor or a TV to the laptop and check if the black screen is still there. If all is running fine on the other monitor, you may be facing a monitor issue. If the PC is under warranty, contact the seller and ask for guidance.
