Hi Sajee,
There may be a compatibility issue with your hard drive’s drivers. Please check the manufacturer’s web page for Windows 64 bit drivers. You may need to install them manually.
Another option is to uninstall the drive from Device Manager. Restart the PC and plug the drive back in. The OS should reinstall the drivers automatically.
