My laptop is just show the shutting down with the loading dots

Hello,
I have a gateway laptop,it was plugged in and charging and on, and it sudddenly just shut off and now will not turn back on. I dont know if this has anything to do with it, but I will mention that I mistakenly tried to put my cellphone charger in the USB port (haha it was dark) right around the time it shut off. Can someone please tell me what is wrong and how to fix it?

Hello, I can log on I can see all the other features on my page but when I try to open my profile it says that it has an Error and that they are trying to fix it its been 2 days already what can I do to fix this problem myself? Hello, For some reason I can't watch this highlight and the others from this person, but this problem only happens in the app and with this specific user, when I use Instagram on the web I can watch these highlighted stories

Instagram highlights of someone is visible on their account but not loading, And this is happening just with a particular person when I try to view it. The highlights section is visible on their account when I open it which means they haven't hidden their stories from me, because had they blocked me from viewing stories, I wouldn't even have been able to see the highlights section on their account. What could be the reason for the same?
