F1 key is not responding

Hello,

What to do if my f1 key in my laptop is not working? I need the f1 key in order to start my laptop but the other keys are responding.

The fact that you have to press F1 in order for it to boot, shows a much greater problem. Describe the actual message that is telling you to press F1 please.
