Dell inspiron 1545 not getting start

Hello,
I HV dell inspiron 1545 model. Its battery drained completely when I was using it last time. After connecting to charger when I tried to start, it is just going up to dell screen then screen goes blank and again dell screen is coming. I removed battery for a while n start the laptop but its not going ahead. Even I did booting also. Plz give the solution.

Press the DEL key on reboot, and let us know how it responds. What OS is it? Have you tried booting into safe mode?
