Dell inspiron 1545 not getting start

Hello,
I HV dell inspiron 1545 model. Its battery drained completely when I was using it last time. After connecting to charger when I tried to start, it is just going up to dell screen then screen goes blank and again dell screen is coming. I removed battery for a while n start the laptop but its not going ahead. Even I did booting also. Plz give the solution.
