Toshiba does not boot

I have problem about my laptop Toshiba satellite L640 .
It doesn't work .when I press start button it get starts but noting get start .
I mean no logo no starting windows .
It does not process .
Only black page what shall I do .
And my tow year warranty also ends .
Please help

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
