Internet times out

Hello
I'm having internet problems on my laptop, I use wireless internet and I'm using windows 10 and the internet icon said it's a connected and has full bars of connection and works if I plug an ethanet cable in but if I don't I can't use anything with internet beacause it just times out....

Pls help me or the laptops going out the window

Is the WIFI turned on? What is your IP address if you try to connect to internet with WIFI? Open a CMD prompt and type ICONFIG /all! Post back with display!
