No sound! no cam! no media device!

Hello,
My name is Linda, I have a toshiba satllite U405-S2820 laptop, and the sound is completely mute! and the camera doesnt wanna work either! its says error for that 2!
i tried downloading the latest version from the toshiba website but when i tried to install it said No media device found or something like that! and i tried restoring but whenever i did it kept on saying Error and it doest restore! so i have NO CLUE what to do! its driving me crazy!
can someone please please please help me!!

Hye Linda, I will recommend you installing the drivers using the driver CD which u got with the laptop

I would recommend that too, only i havent the slightest clue where they are =)

Another other ideas?
