Hi Kitsapgal,
So, right now your laptop cannot boot and it seems that it is not turning on properly, right? It is hard to tell what is going on, but you may have removed some graphics related files. A recovery drive could help a lot. Any chance to contact the seller and ask for some suggestions? Another option is to call directly to the HP support and ask for some product specific troubleshooting steps.
Have in mind that since the PC does not turn on properly, there may be a hardware problem. In that case, you should seek assistance from a technician.
