Pendrive detected but not hard disk

Hello,

My PC is not showing hard disk in my computer, actually it is detecting HD but not showing in my computer screen. pen drive works fine with same pc.

If i try change drive letter path then it is giving error.

I assume this is an external USB connected hard disk. Did you try using the disk on another computer. I suspect that the hard disk has failed and needs to be replaced.
