Laptop shut off

I was playing a game and everything worked normally, but i was also recharging my phone on my laptop and also watching twitch on it, I then took off the usb from my phone and poof, my laptop shutdown and when i then came back to see if it worked , it became so hot! please help what do i do and why did it turn off? I also cant turn it on anymore

Hi,

I would suggest you to leave the laptop for a while to get it down cool as you said it became too hot. Once the laptop temperature gets down, just plug in the power cable to check whether the laptop is charging or not.

Please acknowledge the status.

I cooled it down and tried to charge it but when i plugged in the adapter to laptop it started to become hot so i unplugged it, also when it was plugged in the only thing that had life was the caps lock that had light

It seems that your laptop battery is dead and now time comes to replace it. You should take your laptop to repairing center.
