Hello Slayyymemememme,
Have you tried to check if the hard drive is seen in the booting menu of BIOS? If not, please, restart your lappy and press the respective key to enter the BIOS menu. There, you must navigate to the boot sequence order and check if the HDD is listed and put on the first place for boot from. If it's not, set it manually. If the drive is not shown, then it probably has problems being recognized which means that it could have failed. If your laptop is out of warranty, you could open it and take out the drive to test it on another PC.
