RCA Tablet cant connect to Internet

Please help me i cant connect to my internet ive tried everything i cant seem to get it to work ive tried resetting/restarting my rca tablet didnt work ive tried tinkering with my router and switching wires and switching them back and it says that i have authentication problems and then i ty to connect and it says connecting and then it says saved and then i cant connect again please help me!!!!!!

Hello

That is an issue with RCA tabs. I suggest you contact RCA.
