Lenovo t420 cannot power up

Hello,
I have tried the method described to power up my machine but it is still very dead. Is there anything you could do to help with this problem. No power at all and there is no clue to start something new.

When power cord is plugged in, the battery light at the back blinks 2 or 3 times. That's it. Nothing else happens.
