Internet Explorer Deleted accidently

Hello,
My little brother deleted Internet Explorer files accidentally my computer was all normal but recently no browser was browsing and the connection manager is disconnected but the lan is connected
I have windows xp professional version 2002 service pack 3

Deleted them from where?
Open a cmd prompt and type in the following to locate the executable:
dir iexplore.exe /s
