My Toshiba Satellite L500D doesn't starting.

Hello sir,

My Toshiba Satellite L500D doesn't starting. But the green light which indicate laptop system starts continuously blow on but the screen remain blank black. I'm so worried about my laptop. Please mercy on me sir. I'm highly thankful to you sir.
