Headphone not working

I buy this pc as muted one means no sound will come but when I plugged in my headphones no sound is coming but with same another pc the sound is coming from my headphones on that pc but not on my whats the problem can anyone help me

so it is really hard to read the run on sentence as we have no idea where one concept ends and the other one begins so it is tough to try to determine what the issue is as your thought and posting is kind of just running together so it is confusing as you say it is muted which would be the problem but you fail to use any punctuation so we cannot tell if the muted value was rectified before you started to say how the headphones work on another computer I would try to unmute the pc
