Acer 5534 won't connect to internet

I have broadband with several possible connections. The one all of my other computers/laptops/smartphone shows that it is secured but no internet. I ran diagnostics and said possible problem with internet adapter. Windows 10. Have Qualcom AR5B93 wireless adapter that is "working properly".

Well, how many address does your DHCP have in its current scope? Contact your ISP and verify there is a valid scope! You are already paying for that kind of support!
