Press the WINDOWS key. Does anything happen? If this is a fresh install of 10, then you need to be patient as it builds. When I first built my 10 machine, it took 4 days to get all updates in place to where I could use the machine without stalling, or delays from CPU running updates. It is best to turn it on, keep it connected to the internet, and leave it alone!
