No signal on the monitor

Hello,

Vga cable showing but no Problem no singnals

So, the cable is plugged in, right? I think that is what showing means.

If you push the On screen display button on the monitor, does it bring up another menu? To perform this task, you should not have to enter anything on the PC, only press the menu button on the monitor. What does it show?
