Instagram highlights not loading

Instagram highlights of someone is visible on their account but not loading,

And this is happening just with a particular person when I try to view it.

The highlights section is visible on their account when I open it which means they haven't hidden their stories from me, because had they blocked me from viewing stories, I wouldn't even have been able to see the highlights section on their account.

What could be the reason for the same?

Hi,

It could be a server issue or an issue with the Instagram app.

Switch to airplane mode and reactivate your connection after a few seconds. Try using WiFi / cellular data if the issue persists.

Otherwise, try clearing Instagram cache (Settings > Apps > Instagram > Storage > Clear Cache) or uninstall and reinstall the app.

there could be a technical issue causing the Instagram highlights not to load for that particular person.
