Lost internet connection

Hello,

MY internet connection at home works fine until my daughter connects her laptop to the same connection. Then I have to keep repairing the connection - sometimes it works, more often than not it doesn't.

Help us please!

Hello there,

Please specify which type of connection you are using at your place?

You have a modem or a router??

Hi

It's an Echolife broadband wireless router.
