License problem???

Hello,

When i boot up it says,
"A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking the license for this computer. Error Code: 0x80070002."

I can really only get it to boot into safe mode and i am really not sure what to do. I just got back from korea and my desktop has been sitting for two years. I'm running windows xp professional.

Can anyone help?

Start the computer. Press the F8 key during startup to start the computer in Safe mode.
Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
Delete the following registry keys in the Windows registry:
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Providers
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Providers
Quit Registry Editor.
Restart the computer.


i dont have the cryptography\ providers ive already looked into that
