I need help for my external hard drive

My WD external hard drive is no longer functioning in my laptop, I can't see it on My Computer but it was already installed in my laptop. What should I do?..

Hi there,

Change the data cable (usb cord) and connect to your system also try on another system then revert back with full information what you tried and was unsuccessful,
