You have malware that has redirected the browser using "browser help" programs. I suggest you download the free version of "Malwarebytes".

Hello,

Since you have used Malwarebyte several times,

To fix the problem, I must have a Hyjacthis log.

http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/

Please download, install and request a scan and save a log. Copy the log and post it here.

Regards

Greetings Canine,

Please run another scan with Hyjackthis but do not request a scan.

Once the scan is over, in that window check the following items:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = https://mycrm.cellularmanager.com/cpo/

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = http=127.0.0.1:6522

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {02478D38-C3F9-4EFB-9B51-7695ECA05670} - (no file)

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {CCC7A320-B3CA-4199-B1A6-9F516DD69829} - (no file)

O16 - DPF: {9C23D886-43CB-43DE-B2DB-112A68D7E10A} (MySpace Uploader Control) - http://lads.myspace.com/upload/MySpaceUploader2.cab

O16 - DPF: {D0C0F75C-683A-4390-A791-1ACFD5599AB8} (Oberon Flash Game Host) - http://games.myspace.com/Gameshell/GameHost/1.0/OberonGameHost.cab

Once the items are checked off, click on Fix checked.

If you still have Malwarebyt, please deleted, it may have been corupted.

The for the finaly:

Download, install and run Malwarebyte which you can find on this site:

https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/ es-anti-malware

Ensure you make an update.

Please request a FULL system scan, which may take from 20 minutes to hours. Do not interfere no matter how long in takes. The creators of Malwarebyte recommend that while the tool is running that you go do something else, such as watching a rerun of Gone with the Wind or read Tolstoy's War and Peace.

If Malwarebyte restarts your system, launch it again to finish the Full scan.

When the scan is completed, delete all items found.

Once your computer is clean and working normally just to be on the safe side
*Turn off system restore and wait 30 seconds,
*Turn it back on and create a new restore point.

This way it gets rid of anything bad that might have gotten saved in a restore point and you have a clean restore point to use in the near future if needed.
Do not turn it off until your computer is clean and working normally because you might need to use it if something goes wrong during the clean-up process.
It is better to go back to an infected restore point if something goes wrong then to not be able to undo changes that were damaging.

Let me know because if you don't, I will certainly throw a curse on your system which will cause it to bark every you will the letter e or left mouse click!

Ask a question
Ambucias,

i did as you said and was un able to check if it worked over the weekend due to this being a work computer and not being at work through the weekend. but i am still having the issues, it sadly seems to not be improving, unsure why Malwarebytes isn't removing the issues. and still don't know what the debugging pop up is from if any of you have seen that error come up before and know how to fix it would be helpful too.. ill repeat what the error says again

"Just-In-Time Debugging"

an exception 'runtime error' has occurred in script however, no debuggers that can debug this exception. unable to JIT debug

thanks for all of your helpful hints and tricks so far!

do you click on the link or you have to click on the coach button to get to the site you want.
0
well when i click the link it will open the page sometimes otherwise it brings up a different page.. i have just in the last two weeks started hitting the cach link to see a simpler page of the site. and the just in time debugging comes up and never goes away now unlike before when it would come up and you could hit ok 3 or 4 times then go away.. and my computer is now freezing up and needing to be shut down and restarted every 45min to an hour after starting up it seems like.. i have incountered many different computer bugs in my life time and none have seemed as dramatic as this one...

OK please do another Hijackthis scan again but just click on the scan button ok.

then tick on the little box that is blank then look for these items and then click on the button that says (Fix Check) which will remove them for you.

O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {e2e2dd38-d088-4134-82b7-f2ba38496583} - C:\WINDOWS\Network

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = https://mycrm.cellularmanager.com/cpo/

as these may be very dangers to you computer too.

and then please do another malwarebytes scan to just do a scrubbing up on your computer to see what it may find then. but be sure you up date malwarebytes too so you get the updates to remove the bugs.

let me know how it went ok then.

try this as i found it on a webpage....

I found this actually resolved my issue with JIT:

1. Click Start

2. Click Run

3. Type cmd (and click ok)

4. Type drwtsn32 -i (and press enter)
See the following for further details on the actual issue with JIT:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/923827/

hope it helped you.

so i followed this step a few times now to figure out if i was doing something wrong cause the JIT error was still coming up.. but no such luck :( i did click on the link you provided and it gives you another step to fallow if the first one didn't work, it concerns me a little to fallow the second step due to it saying you could mess up your system if you make a mistake haha this is a work computer and i am unsure what i would do if i messed it up.. do you know how the second step works and if i were to mess up could it be fixed easily?

thanks so much for all your help so far!

OK try this one instead.

To access the Just-In-Time page, go to the Tools menu and click Options. In the Options dialog box, expand the Debugging node and select Just-In-Time. This page allows you to enable Just-In-Time debugging for managed code, native code, and script. For more information, see Just-In-Time Debugging.

Here's the link if you need it.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55984

You can enable Just-In-Time debugging for these program types:

*

Managed
*

Native
*

Script

Just-In-Time debugging is a technique for debugging a program that is started outside of Visual Studio. You can run a program created in Visual Studio outside of the Visual Studio environment. If you have enabled Just-in-time debugging, a crash will bring up a dialog box asking if you want to debug.
Associated Warnings

When you visit this page of the Options dialog box, you might see a warning message like this:

Another debugger has registered itself as the Just-In-Time debugger. To repair, enable Just-In-Time debugging or run Visual Studio repair.

This message occurs if you have another debugger, possibly an older version of Visual Studio debugger, set as the Just-In-Time debugger.

Another message you might see is:

Just-In-Time debugging registration errors detected. To repair, enable Just-In-Time debugging or run Visual Studio repair.

If you see either of these warnings, Just-In-Time debugging with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 requires Administrator privileges until you have fixed the problem. If you try to enable just-as a non-administrator under these conditions, you will see the following error message:

Access is denied. Have an administrator enable Just-In-Time debugging, or repair your installation of Visual Studio.

Hello K-9788

Gervarod asked me to look after you while he is catching up on his much needed beauty sleep. The link provided by Gervarod was meant as a reference. The second method on the link is not meant for your computer.

Gervarod will be back to you soon, right after breakfast.

i must apolagize, i had the last two days off and was unable to check on my work computer since it wasn't with me, but i am still having the just in time issue and the internet page redirecting me to a different site and now its just bringing up random pages.. and today was the worst :( i was helping a customer when all the sudden a porn page popped up and froze my computer, i couldnt do anything but shut the power off on my computer.. luckly the customer didn't see this at all but the redness of my face was enough to let her know what shocked me.. i do want to thanks you so much for all the effort you have been giving me with all of this, i hate when i get stumped with tech issues that i cant fix, but i do love fixing them.. and as for the walk through you gave me 'Gervarod' but i have been unable to find "Visual Studio" anywhere on my computer and i looked to see if you could download it from MS and it seems to be a thing you have to buy :(

i do feel like i keep adding more issues to the whole list, and for that i am sorry. it just seems to not be improving :(

but all of you imput has been fantastic and halpful

but one thing is have you redone a malwarebytes scan again to find out what you got on your computer again just incase if you found anything there again.

but in some case i might get you to do a online internet scan with Trend Micro.

here's the link for you then OK......

https://www.trendmicro.com/en_us/forHome/products/housecall.html

if your computer may be a 32bit then download the
Download HouseCall 7.1 (32-bit)

instead of the 64 bit as yours is XP.

Chhers, Gervarod.

let me know how it went then buddy and give me what the Trend Micro House Call scan log if it gives you one then ok.
