Internet connection problem

Hello,

my amilo pro v2010 won't connect to the internet using my wireless connection but if i use the ethernet cable and connect the laptop directly to the modem then it connects to the internet.

i've had this problem before and i used a sequence of keys on the keyboard to sort it out but i can't remember what they were

any suggestions please

Hi Gina,
It seems that you have forgot your wireless password that helps you to connect to the Internet wirelessly or it might be possible that the router has been reset accidentally. In this case what I would recommend that you need to get in touch with the Modem/ Router vendor and ask him that the wireless is not working. He/ She will reset the modem and will set the new password that would help you in conecting to the Internet wirelessly
