My computer starting up, but not booting up

Hello Computer geniuses,

I am having problems with my computer. My computer was shut down normally by going to the start menu and clicking shut down. On the next day, I tried to turn it on, It's turns on but its not BOOTING up. I have tried many solutions like using a Windows XP CD to try to repair but its not working. I really need help ASAP.
