Internet connection

Hello,
The lights on the router for dsl and internet are green and when i connect to it the wireless light turns green but when I try to go on the internet it says I have no connection. Please help. (also I have windows 7 if that helps)

First contact your Internet Vendor. They can run a diagnostic routine to test the line and modem.
