Hello, I have recently purchased a new computer and it works great, besides one detail. When I look in my computer folder my 1 terabyte hard drive does not show up. Even my smaller drive shows up, and when I look in device manager the hard drive shows up as working.

Hello,

Try this 1

Check if you are able to see your hard drive in "Disk Management"

If you notice your hard drive partition without any drive letter then follow the

below instructions.

Click on Start --> Run --> Type diskmgmt.msc and press Enter.

[ If you are using Windows 7, then click on Start --> In search bar, type

diskmgmt.msc and press Enter].

"Disk Management" window will be opened. If you notice a partition without a

drive letter then right-click on it --> Select "Change Drive Letter and Paths..." -->

Click on "Add" button --> Add --> Select the drive letter --> Click on OK.

Good Luck
