Not able to login due to fast access facial recognition

Hi,

I tried getting into the safe mode via usb system repair disc(way suggested on your forum ) but it says os not found.
However it worked for the first time and i managed to get in safe mode and i deleted sensible login folder of fast access but as soon as I restarted again fast access is blinking on my login screen.
And now my usb is not working showing error os not found ,please suggest solution to get in safe mode and delete fast access facial recognition software.

Yes i did it.
Made another bootable usb of windows 10 and just installed windows 10 again ,it deleted all the softwares asnew Program files were made but I got my laptop back :-)
Tried rectifying boot error from usb but couldn't.
All the data is safe now ,Hope it helps you :-)
