Hi Anand,
When you turn on the PC, can you see the manufacturer's logo and is it possible to enter BIOS? If it is, then there may be an issue with your hard drive. Check if it is correctly recognized in BIOS. If it is not, check the cables. There may be a connectivity problem. If you have a Windows installation CD/DVD, try booting from it. Is the hard drive detected during the installation?
