Hi,
I am unable to connect wifi on my laptop its not connected with any other device. Only power, signal strength light and wan light is "on" in moden. I connected laptop with ethernet cable but unable to open browser page. Even connection says it is connected but same connection have no internet access.
I am using netcomm nf7 modem. I have laptop toshiba with window 7.
Please help me to fix this problem.

First you should power cycle the modem, that often brings back service. Just unplug it and wait 30 seconds before you restore power.

If that doesn't fix it, I suggest you contact your Internet service provider. They can interrogate the modem and verify that it's working.

I have unplugged the modem but it didn't work.
What could be the reason on not working, n please let mw which light should be blink on modem ?
