You can configure the VLC app to display the "Move Forward" and "Move Backward" buttons on the video interface. Just follow the step-by-step guide detailed below.

Open the VLC app
Tap on the menu key (3 horizontal dots) > Preferences.

Scroll to Extra Settings > Interface.

Check Enable jump buttons.

The Jump buttons are now displayed:
