To update your account information, including your payment preferences, follow these steps:
- Go to the AT&T Prepaid site and log in with your account details.
- Select Profile & Settings, so you can access your profile information - make sure that it’s up-to-date.
- To manage your payment method, find Payment Options and select edit payment details.
- Make the changes that you would like, and then, select Confirm your changes.
How to cancel AT&T AutoPay?
To cancel AT&T Prepaid AutoPay, follow these steps:
- Go to the AT&T Prepaid site and log in with your account details.
- Click Home, and select Manage AutoPay.
