Update Your Profile and Payment Method
To update your account information, including your payment preferences, go to the AT&T Prepaid
site and log in with your account details. Go to Profile & Settings
, where you can access your profile information and ensure that it’s up-to-date. To manage your payment method, find Payment Options
and select edit payment details
. Make the changes that you would like, and then, select Confirm your changes
Cancel AT&T AutoPay
To cancel AT&T AutoPay, go to the AT&T Prepaid
site and log in with your account details. Click Home
, and select Manage AutoPay
. To end the service, select End AutoPay
, and follow the instructions.
