Laptop suddenly shut down and won't turn on again

Hi my Laptop is Acer E5 772G. I was watching a movie suddenly it shut down without any warning. Now it won't turn on back. It was connected with the charger for like 1 hour and after 5 seconds of removing the charger it went off. Now there's no sign of life in it. Even after connecting the charger nothing happens it still seems dead. Though after connecting the charger if i press the power button for too long then the charging light of the laptop blinks. When the laptop went down there was a decent amount of charge and nothing unusual happened recently either. my laptop is totally new. What should I do now? Why this happened?

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.

Toshiba laptop not turning on, solid white light

My Toshiba laptop won't power up, when I try to turn it on a solid white light shows up. I have had battery issues for a while now, I have been running the laptop with no battery pack on the mains for about 6 months. A few days ago an error message showed up when I tried to turn it on. Today it won't turn on at all and there is a solid white light. Is it worth getting a new battery pack? Does anyone have any advice on what the problem might be? Thank you!

Hello,
I have a problem with my acer travelmate laptop.

While booting the screen with acer logo shows for several minutes before the starting process continues.

Do you have any idea where can be a problem?

Good day, a friend has a weird problem. Her laptop is continuously booting. HDD checked; everything is fine. The machine came with Windows 7 Starter, but someone decided to upgrade to Win 7 Pro. Another techi says the motherboard needs to be replaced. When I opened up, I couldn't find any blown fuses or capacitors. There was fresh heat paste but a LOT of dust and grime on the fan. So much for work ethic.

I've transferred all her data to my external HDD and proceeded with a new install, hoping that Win 7 Starter would resolve the boot looping. Now here's the weird part: when the installation was finished, the Toshiba came on with an LG screen. And the OS disk is an original. Wh...
