Try this
1. Remove the battery and cable.
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
3. Replug and start.

It appears to be classic motherboard failure. It would need hands on access by a qualified PC Tech to diagnose the exact cause and a replacement MB would cost more than a new laptop.

hey xpcman is there anyway it can be repaired? Are you sure that I will have to change the mother board? I still have warranty. Pleeeease answer.

If it's under warranty then it doesn't matter what the factory needs to do.
I suggest you return it to them for service. Sometimes warranty service will erase all data on the hard disk. So you might want to remove the drive and have a local PC shop copy it.
