Hello,
Am cleaned the RAM and placed, CMOS] battery also removed and placed.and changed new one VGA] cable.processor fan aslo spinning.still can't solved my problem.
Please give the another better solution to my this problem.

The problem may be that the BIOS is not sending a signal that is not receiving the necessary power.
