Well tried to move a pic from IPhone to desktop got that error message.
error copying or moving folder requested resource is in use
I saw a 10 year old response that said turn off the preview WRONG! didn't work for me
I had to unplug and plug it back in to work. and someone said CNTRL+ALT+DEL to bring up task manager, well that's ok in a tight spot when all else fails, If you want it up faster just do CNTRL+SHIFT+ESC all along the left side of most keyboards.
