Connected to internet but can't browse

Hi guys,
Thanks in advance if you've helped me! So basically, I usually use my computer for gaming and I would always use my mobile hotspot from my phone as a wireless connection but recently I cud not use it. It says that i have internet access but I actually don't as i cud not surf the internet nor play my games. I've tried to use the preferred DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 4.2.2.4 but it doesn't work at all. I would sometimes get to connect to the internet for around 1-5 minutes but then it would be either took to long to respond , no dns or No internet connection! This has got me very frustrated as I cud use it smoothly last time! Hopefully the pros out there have a soloution for me! Thanks for taking your time to help me solve my problem!

Also when i share my mobile hotspot i cant use the data on my phone but when i disconnect it I cud use my data on my phone smoothly!
