Connected but no internet

I have a spectrum WiFi box. Usually, my phone connects to it and I could use the internet. But, one morning, it stopped working. It said that I was connected but there was no internet. How to fix this?

First try removing the Modem power cord for 60 seconds. Then wait for the box to re-boot and test you Internet connection again.

Second, call the Internet provider for support.
