My HP laptop won't turn on

Hi so on January 16 18 around 3:56 I got on my laptop which is new I just got it before Christmas so like around 22-23 of December it's a HP 15.6 diagonal HD display With N3540 processor ! But when I came home I got on it and the keys weren't working but it was on and everything so I restarted it then it still didn't work so I tried again then after that I went online and searched up "My keys in my hp laptop aren't working" so I followed the instructions I took out the battery for 5 minutes and I put it back in after that it wouldn't turn on I've been very frustrated then I looked up "My hp laptop won't turn on " so I took out the battery unplugged anything and I did the 30sec and 60 sec version of holding down the power button then I put the things back together and it still won't work Please Help!!!
