Okay, I had a short circuit and it made my computer turn on and off over and over again. So I changed the wall connections. Now the computer turns on but I get signal on the monitor. I have tried taking out the ram and putting it back in. Ive also disconnected hard drive video card the battery and cpu. Then I put it back together. I’ve tried turning the pc off and holding the power button to get rid of electrical residue. Also I found some pins for the cpu in my motherboard and 4 pins were turned wrong way. So I got a magnifying glass and screwdriver and slowly pushed the pins back in place. But I still get no signal.

Explain how you got a short circuit.
What is the make and model of your machine?
What is your operating system?
Are the fan and hard drive spinning?

Motherboard: B85M-G R2.0
Video card: nvidia 750.i
CPU: I-5
Ram: 8gb
Power supply: coolmax cu-700b
Hard Drive: WD Blue Destop Hard Drive 1.0TB
Operating System: windows 10
All the fans and hard drive are spinning.
I got a short circuit because the Intetek 4 Outlet Power strip with surge protections had a short circuit. I kept moving in my chair and touching the power cable with my feet or the chair. Before anything weird happened I turned off everything and replaced the 4 outlet power strip with another one. Now the computer turns on but I get no signal. Also I accidentally moved the on/off switch from the power supply.

Also I ran the computer with 230v for a sec. I flipped the red switch on the power supply. The computer ran but it kept turning off because of the outlet. After that I replaced the outlet and I got no signal.

Sorry but it certainly seems like a motherboard issue, impossible to fix on a forum.
It's time to take a stroll to you friendly neighbourhood repair shop.
Sorry
