No display to my monitor, no power to mouse and ke Closed

i Am not getting a display on my monitor, no power to the keyboard or mouse. I researched on the internet and replaced my motherboard and power supply but I am still having the issue. I also cleared my cmos. Can anyone help please.?

OK, so you replaced the motherboard....how much did that cost?  Did you use thermal paste when you placed the CPU?  What about ESD strap, did you use it?  Have you tried a new Power supply.  I wold have swapped that out first, as it is a $20 item, and more than likely the cause, especially since you say the new EQ is doing the same thing.  The PSU is bad!
