No display, fan turn fast and loud

hi guys...i have a hp 8300 mini tower, i7 8gb ...just this morning when i turn it on it does not send any signal to the screen...mouse and keyboard wont show lights...after 30 secpnds the fan runs really fast and loud, wjat cpuld be the cause of this

Does the monitor have an On Screen Menu? If you press that button, does it display anything?
